Meet Our Team
Maximilian Kernen
Co-founder & Head of Finance, Maximilian oversees the financial strategy of Quiet Wolf, structuring projects and managing budgets from development through to production. He works across the slate to ensure each film is delivered with clarity, control and long-term viability.

Co-founder & Managing Director, Oliver manages Quiet Wolf’s projects from development through to production, overseeing logistics, partnerships and day-to-day execution. He works across all areas of the company to ensure each project is delivered cohesively and to a high standard.

Alex Harvey
Co-founder & Creative Director of Quiet Wolf, Alex develops character-led film work with a focus on performance, atmosphere and emotional realism. His work explores relationships, identity and human behaviour through a cinematic and disciplined approach. As Head of Creative, he defines the company’s creative direction, leading development and selecting the projects Quiet Wolf brings to screen.
